19.Autumn Festival

　On October 5, festivals were held in the Icho housing complex and Nakata districts.
　This year, Icho housing complex held the Icho housing complex Festival, which was held for the first time in a long time after the COVID-19 pandemic, on the same day as the Welfare Festival, in cooperation with the Japan National Council of Social Welfare. In the Nakata area, the timing of the event, which was held as a summer festival in August until last year, has been reviewed and newly held as the Nakada Festival. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy and sometimes rainy throughout the day, but there were still so many people, especially children who enjoyed without umbrellas (I hope they do not catch a cold ...) I thought again that everyone was looking forward to it.
　This time, I think that the organizers had a great deal of trouble, such as making decisions and preparations in the event that the weather could not be read, and cleaning up in the rain. However, it is an important event for the community, such as some children enjoy the little rain without worrying, so we hope that you will continue for a long time. I would like to express my deep appreciation to Chairman Yagi and Chairman Uehara and everyone involved.
