23.Autumn Event Part 1

　There are plenty of events in the area in autumn.
　On the 19th, we visited the "3rd Izumino Cultural Festival" held in front of Izumino Station. In the outdoor stage and multipurpose hall of Care Plaza, many performances such as Shigin, brass band, ukulele performances and chorus were performed, and in outdoor tents, activities of each group were announced and works were exhibited. I think it is very good to have such an opportunity as a place to announce the results and activities of your practice so far, so I would like you to continue for a long time in the future.
　On the 20th, we visited the Fujimigaoka Union Festival, the Izumi Ward Min Sports Festival, and the Senju Festival. The "Fujimigaoka Union Festival" was canceled last year due to rain, so it was the first time in five years since it was held before Corona. In the morning, the rain remained and I was worried, but the weather was recovering and we were able to hold it safely. Many mock shops were opened, many children gathered, and I think everyone enjoyed the day.
　At the Izumi Ward Min Sports Festival held at the sports center, hands-on events such as baseball, target bird golf, tennis were held, and everyone went around to collect stamps and aim to get prizes. I also experienced Kyudo for the first time, but unlike what I saw, I realized the difficulty of shooting arrows. It's not easy because etiquette is added to this as a martial arts. I would like to thank the teachers who taught me carefully.
　The Senju Festival is a festival held every year at Izumi Kotobukiso, a welfare center for the elderly, and Izumi Kotobukiso, which is usually available only to the elderly, was opened to the community on this day, showing works such as ceramics, Japanese calligraphy, and poetry collections, as well as performances such as magic shows on stage. In the outdoors, mock shops were also exhibited from each region, and many people came from the sports festival, and enjoyed the autumn festival for many generations. I also had delicious pork juice.
　I would like to thank all the parties involved in planning, preparing and operating at each event. Thanks to your activities, I once again realized that Izumi Ward has become a livable city.
