We participated in an exchange meeting with Hayato Yokohama Junior and Senior High School Women's Table Tennis Club (October 1, 2024)

　Hayato Yokohama Junior and Senior High School Women's Table Tennis Club was also very active in various tournaments this summer. High school students won their ninth championship in the Kanto Games for the first time in two years, and have advanced to Inter High for 18 consecutive tournaments. Junior high school students also achieved a wonderful result of second place in the Kanto Games team competition, and advanced to the national tournament for 21 consecutive tournaments. Many people also participated in the national competition in individual competitions.
　On Wednesday, August 28, the last day of the summer vacation, which was a great success, an exchange meeting to deepen communication through table tennis was held at the Seya District Center, and about 40 enthusiasts such as experienced table tennis and supporters' associations I also participated with the members of the table tennis club. It was impressive that everyone who participated enjoyed the exchange meeting with a smile.
　I did the "opening ceremony" to hit the ball hit by the students of the table tennis club. In fact, when I was a junior high school student, I belonged to the table tennis club for a short period of time, but of course there was no opportunity to play table tennis with members of such a powerful team, and it was a very valuable experience.

　I sincerely hope that Hayato Yokohama Junior and Senior High School Women's Table Tennis Club will continue to make friends through table tennis and play an active role.
