　The Seya Open Garden 2024, an annual event in spring and early summer in Seya Ward, was held for about one month from April 5 to May 12, and ended successfully. This first participation was 4 venues, and 55 venues throughout the city were beautifully colored with flowers grown by the inhabitants of the ward. April was from the 5th to the 7th, and May from the 10th to the 12th, the “opening period” was where you can enter the private garden where you can cooperate and enjoy flowers and flower beds close to you. The opening period in April this year coincided with the cherry blossoms in full bloom. I think that the cherry blossoms in the garden and nearby parks and the participants enjoyed co-starring with the elaborate flowerbed. With the cooperation of the inhabitants of a ward circle, walking events around several venues were also held, and many people enjoyed the beauty of flowers along with walking. I also participated in the `` Relief Walk Day '' held in Seya Daini District on April 6, and enjoyed the cherry blossoms in parks and gardens, as well as spring flowers such as tulips and pansies in the open garden. 　During the opening period in May, I was blessed with a little sweat when I walked. Roses were at their best, and as the green became a little darker from fresh greenery, we enjoyed various flowers.
　And a "Garden Photo Exhibition" was held at Hydrangea Plaza. In addition to wonderful garden photos, there are many works that make you feel the movement, such as powerful photos of flowers close to each other, photos of flowers and insects taken together, and you can feel the charm of flowers from various viewpoints I was able to.
　This year's open garden was also successfully held with the cooperation of many people, including local residents and local organizations. Visitors from outside the city and outside the city also enjoyed more than 4,000 people (* number of pamphlets distributed) mainly during the opening period. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
