[15th] Participated in "Edamame Harvest Experience with Parents and Children"!　

With the cooperation of Katsunori Sato, a farmer in Tokaichiba-cho, we held a "Parent and Child Edamame Harvesting Experience". .
A 10-minute walk from JR Tokaichiba Station. I once again felt the charm of Midori Ward by the rich rural scenery that spreads close to me.
After hearing from Mr. Sato about vegetable making and hot stories about locally grown and consumed, we carefully harvested the bell-shaped green soybeans one by one with elementary school children and their parents. It was very impressive to see the child showing the green soybeans he had taken by his father and mother with a smile.
After the harvest experience, everyone had a tasting of corn prepared by Mr. Sato. The seasonal corn in the field was very sweet and exceptional.
One of the great attractions of Midori Ward is the environment in which rich fields spread right next to life and many local vegetable direct sales outlets. The Midori Ward Office also holds a fresh green direct sales shop every Tuesday and Thursday. By all means, please try the seasonal agricultural products that the farmers carefully grow.
