On Thursday, January 25, Kanagawa University Soccer Club Director Omori and Assistant Fujimori visited the agency and held an exchange meeting on the Takeyama housing complex Project.
The “Takeyama housing complex Project” is an initiative that attracts a lot of attention nationwide, in which students from the university's soccer club live in a dormitory in Takeyama housing complex, where the number of vacant rooms has increased due to the aging of the population, while also balancing school and club activities, such as cleaning fallen leaves around housing complex, learning support for elementary school students, and smartphone classrooms for the elderly. In addition, 21 students from the soccer club are scheduled to join fire brigade, which is a reliable source of disaster prevention and anti-crime program.
In April of last year, the Takeyama Cafe opened at the university's soccer club cafeteria in Takeyama Chuo Shopping Street where you can enjoy "multi-generation exchange" and "health promotion". Spice dishes and nursing care prevention classes are held depending on the day of the week, and it is a place for local residents to relax with lively liveliness.
In addition, with the cooperation of the Neighborhood Association of the Takeyama Union, the Kanagawa Prefectural Housing Supply Corporation was adopted by the experimental project of thehousing complex, and preparations are underway to establish a new facility for preventing nursing care and creating a participatory health studio and connecting multiple generations.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all the stakeholders and students who are working hard for the community, and look forward to the further development and success of our future efforts.
We had you explain many initiatives.
