Snow has been piled up in the Kanto region for the first time in a long time.
The natural sights in snowy countries are also difficult in urban areas that are not used to.
Even in Midori Ward, the ward office, Green Public Works Office and Midori fire department took a warning system, but it seems that there was no big trouble.
Midlin, who lives in the courtyard on the fourth floor of the ward office, was delighted with the rare snow.
