[6th] I participated in the 57th Midori Ward Gateball Spring Competition!

On Tuesday, May 16, a tournament was held at Tokaichiba Youth Sports Plaza hosted by the Midori Ward Gateball Association (Chairman: Tsuyoshi Yanagishita). The competition started after a powerful player oath and the opening ceremony were held under the fine weather of sweating from the morning, different from the rainy weather the day before. I also served at the opening ceremony, but it was very difficult to hit the ball as I thought in my first gateball experience, and I felt very fresh.

I am very grateful that the gateball tournament, which will lead to health promotion and the creation of local bonds, will be held with the efforts of the people involved.

I think that I have not been able to practice as I expected in the past few years due to the influence of COVID-19 infection. The position under the Infectious Diseases Law has changed, and I hope that you will play as much as you want while paying attention to infection control measures in the future.
