53.We visited Nakagawa district "Gathering of evening coolness"!

On August 6, at the Nakagawa District Center, an evening cool gathering hosted by the Nakagawa Union Neighborhood Associations was held.
In the Nakagawa district, summer festivals have been held in each unit of Neighborhood Associations, but since the expansion of COVID-19 infection has been almost canceled for the past three years, it was the first summer festival organized by the Union Neighborhood Associations to "revive local bonds."
On the day, many people gather in front of the district center before the start, and wait for the start to be "now or now".
At the start of 15:00, the Okazu Taiko drumming rang and the festival began.
At the gymnasium, there were performances by the Okazu Elementary School wadaiko Club, Ryoke Junior High School brass band club, and the dance club of Okazu Junior High School.
At Nishigaoka Park, there were mock shops, scooping goldfish, traps, etc., and I was able to meet many happy smiles for the children, and I was able to spend a very wonderful time.
In this operation, when recruiting management staff on the day from the community, about 150 people offered to cooperate.
With the support of many volunteers and officers, I was able to spend a lively and enjoyable time with the local community.
I think that the executives had a great deal of trouble, from planning the first summer festival to managing them while taking measures against infection.
