　This tournament, sponsored by the Izumi Ward Sports Association, is run by the Izumi Ward Softball Association and is now 72 times. It has been held twice a year in spring and autumn since the separation of Totsuka Ward, and as the COVID-19 infection expanded, it was said that during the last two years, only games were held. The opening ceremony was held for the first time in three years. Only the representatives of each team attended and held a reduction, but the opening ceremony after a long absence was very impressive with the smiles of the officers and everyone who participated.
