38.Izumi Ward's first school, the third compulsory education school in Yokohama, "Ryokuen Gakuen," opened!
Spring is the season of goodbye and encounter.
In Izumi Ward, two schools, Ryokuen Higashi Elementary School and Ryokuen Nishi Elementary School, closed at the end of March, and on April 1, the first Yokohama Municipal compulsory education School, the Ryokuen Gakuen School, was opened.
Aiming to promote distinctive education in cooperation with the local community, we will provide integrated education for nine years, 6 years in the first semester and 3 years in the second semester, with the precepts of "real global human resources" and "voluntary collaboration creation".
We hope that we will create a new history and develop with the community while inheriting the traditions of both elementary schools so far.
