Who pays Long-term Care Insurance Premium?

In The Long-term Care Insurance, citizens over the age of 40 who have Address in Yokohama will be charged insurance premiums as members of The Long-term Care Insurance in Yokohama.
Insured persons are divided into two types at the age of 65, and the method of paying insurance premiums differs.
1 Citizens aged 65 or older (first insured): Premiums for those aged 65 and over are deducted from the pension (special collection) for old-age and retirement pensions of 180,000 yen or more per year, disability pension and survivors' pensions. 2 Citizens with medical insurance between the ages of 40 and 64 (second insured): Premiums up to the age of 64 are collected integrally with the medical insurance premiums that have been subscribed.
