Those who have newly joined The Long-term Care Insurance in Yokohama City (those who have moved in from outside the city, those who have turned 65 years old, etc.) or those who have changed the amount of Long-term Care Insurance Premium (those who have been transferred out of the city in the middle of the fiscal year) are sent to the Long-term Care Insurance Premium Amount Notice. For those who are newly enrolled in The Long-term Care Insurance, the amount of Long-term Care Insurance Premium for the relevant fiscal year, the reason for determining insurance premiums, the method of collection, etc. For those who have changed the amount of Long-term Care Insurance Premium, the reason for the change of insurance premiums, the method of collection, the amount of insurance premiums before the change and the amount of insurance premiums after the change are described.
