Do foreign nationals join The Long-term Care Insurance?

If you are a foreign national and have a Address in Yokohama and are a medical insurance member between the ages of 65 and 40 and 65 and meet the following requirements, you will be enrolled in The Long-term Care Insurance, Yokohama.
In addition, those aged 65 and over are the first insured, and those aged 40 to under 65 are the second insured, and the conditions for receiving benefits (services) and the calculation and payment of insurance premiums Is different.
Requirements
1 Being a foreign resident as provided for in Article 30-45 of the the Law of the Basic Resident Registers.
2 Even if the status of residence at the time of entry under the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act is less than 3 months, you must be allowed to stay at least 3 months based on the purpose of entry and the actual living conditions after entry.
3 Do not meet the exemption requirements of The Long-term Care Insurance.
