A
In June of each year, Long-term Care Insurance Premium calculates each individual premium based on whether or not the insured is subject to municipal tax and income during the previous year, and determines the amount of premium for that year (from April to March of the following year).
The Long-term Care Insurance Premium Amount Decision Notice is sent to the insured to inform them.
