Why did you receive your The Long-term Care Insurance insured card?
When you reach the age of 65, you will be the first insured person in The Long-term Care Insurance, and you will be issued a The Long-term Care Insurance card for each insured person.
The insured person's card proves the qualification as an insured person, and is necessary during the certification procedure for long-term care and when using the nursing care service, so please keep it so that it is not lost .
※Please confirm your Address and your name on your insured card, and if you have any mistakes, please contact the ward office Insurance and Pension Division.
