Can I get proof of paying Long-term Care Insurance Premium?

A
Please apply for the issuance of the Long-term Care Insurance Premium Payment Certificate.
A fee will be charged for issuing the certificate.
In addition, although it is not a certificate, we issue a free document called "Notice of paid amount" stating the amount paid in one year.
As a general rule, you will need to apply from yourself, so please ask your ward office Insurance and Pension Division for details on how to apply.
