A
Long-term Care Insurance Premium is to be paid by the deadline, but if it is not paid, we will send you a reminder letter. If payment is still not made by the deadline specified in the dunning letter, a late payment fee will be added (*) according to the amount of insurance premium and the number of days from the day after the specified deadline to the date of payment.
※If the arrearages to be added are less than 100 yen, we will not charge.
