The Long-term Care Insurance was judged to be non-applicable because the amount of assets such as deposits and savings exceeded the standard, but since then, the amount of assets such as deposits and savings fluctuated and fell below the standard. If I apply again, will I be issued a burden limit certificate?

If you can submit the application again when the amount of assets falls below the standard, you can issue a valid burden limit certificate from the first day of the month in which you reapply.
