What should I do to receive The Long-term Care Insurance's service?
Last updated on October 14, 2021.
At first it is necessary to receive certification for long-term care, so please apply for certification for long-term care at the ward office Elderly and Disabled Support Division or the Regional Comprehensive Support Center (community care plaza, etc.).
If you are identified as needing nursing care or support, you can use The Long-term Care Insurance's services.
If a person who has been certified as requiring long-term care uses a service that can be used at home (home service), ask a care manager to create a care plan.
About one where support required authorization was received, we make care prevention care plan in Local Elderly Care Management Center (community care plaza).
