The “pension Transfer Notice” is based on data obtained by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare at the time of preparation of the notice, and the estimated amount of Long-term Care Insurance Premium may differ from the actual amount collected by Long-term Care Insurance Premium.
Please confirm the actual amount of Long-term Care Insurance Premium in "Long-term Care Insurance Premium Amount (Decision) Notice".
