I received a postcard saying "Notice of the annual amount paid in Long-term Care Insurance Premium". What is this?

Every year around late January, we send you a postcard (* 1) that informs you of the total premium paid during the previous year.
If necessary, please use it as a reference for the tax return deduction procedure (* 2) for social insurance premium deduction.
Also, if you want to check the amount earlier, or if you need a certificate (* 2), you need it.
Please contact Insurance and Pension Division in your ward for individual assistance.
<Remarks>
※1 The amount for one year from January to December, not the amount for the year. Therefore,
This is different from the amount of the Long-term Care Insurance Premium Amount Notice sent in June every year (the amount for that year).
※2 It is not necessary to attach a certificate when declaring a social insurance deduction. .
