To apply, please fill out the “Bank Transfer Request Form” at the financial institution or each ward office Insurance and Pension Division and submit it to the financial institution that has an account. In addition, it takes about two months from the application to the start of fund transfer.
In addition, if you have accounts of some financial institutions, you can use a cash card at the counter of each ward office Insurance and Pension Division (no notification stamp required). In this case, it is possible to start fund transfer from the current month or the following month.
If you can complete the fund transfer procedure, the ward office will inform you by postcard, so please pay by payment slip until then.
