Is it necessary to be a care manager to create a "reason for needing house renovation"?
Housing renovation expenses are to be paid when the municipalities deem it necessary, so welfare, health, and construction specialists (including municipal staff) related to the housing renovation guidance business conducted by the municipalities are described. Be sure to attach the “Reason for Needing Housing Renovation”.
In Yokohama City, the author of the statement of reason is limited to care managers or caseworkers and public health nurses in each district of Elderly and Disabled Support Division. If you do not have a care manager, please contact Elderly and Disabled Support Division in your ward.
