If you have a My Number Card for foreign departures, you will be required to continue using the service, so please bring it with you at the time of notification of transfer.
If you have a My Number Card that has expired due to a transfer notification outside Japan, we will accept the reissue procedure. Please check the required documents from the full column in the postscript column or the page on reissuance due to loss etc. and bring it with you. Please note that is charged a fee if there is not the bringing of original my number card.
