This is a random 11-digit number written in resident certificate along with Address name, etc. If there was a resident certificate in Yokohama before August 5, 2002, the resident certificate Code Notification Form was sent to the head of household from August 30, 2002.
※Those who currently have resident certificate in Yokohama (except those who have been erased such as death or transfer) will reissue the resident certificate Code Notice at the Family Registry Division Registration Section office where Address is located (the ward recorded in resident certificate).
