If you move or change your name in the ward, you will be given a new Address or name in the postscript column on the front of the card, so you do not need to reapply. However, in the case of moving from outside the ward, it will be as follows.
When moving from outside the city or from another ward in the city
Please state that you had applied in the previous Address area at the time of transfer notification. We will prepare a grant application with the new Address printed, so please reapply your card.
When moving out of the city
If you wish to receive it before moving or move without receiving it, please reapply at the new Address.
