If there is no building at the time of the house indication, there is no entry in the old house indication new comparison table. In that case, I can't check the current Address because there is no material to link from the lot number.
Please see the commercially available blue map, or obtain a copy of the "Public Map (paid)" provided by the Legal Affairs Bureau and the "House Indication Ledger" provided by the ward office (300 yen per block) and check it against each other.
