Procedure	Details
Convenience store delivery service (Those who live in Yokohama City)	You can use it from the day after you update.
Convenience store delivery service (When you live outside Yokohama and acquire family register in Yokohama)	You will need to apply for registration again at a convenience store. ※If you live in Yokohama and have a permanent domicile outside Yokohama, please check with your municipal office.
Use as a driver's license (Minor's license)	Those who have updated the digital certificate You can use it as a driver's license even if you don't do anything. Re-register may be required to link with minor portals and use the one-stop service. Person who updated my number card You will need to re-record your driver's license information at the driver's license center or police department. Specifically, please confirm page of Kanagawa police (outside site) and digital agency (outside site).
Log in to the minor portal	After renewing the digital certificate, you may not be able to use it for about 1 hour. Specifically, please confirm page of common question (outside site) of minor portal.
Digital certificates for smartphones	You will need to apply for the use of the digital certificate for smartphones again. For details, please refer to the minor portal (operation manual) (outside site).
e-Tax (Final return)	After renewing the digital certificate, you may not be able to use it for about 1 hour. For details, please refer to the e-Tax (outside site) page.
