Obon and equinoctial week are very crowded with grave visitors from Nishi-Yokohama Station on the Sagami Railway Line and Kuboyama Bus Stop. A municipal cemetery established in Meiji 7 (1874). There is also a cemetery of the adjacent temple, and as far as the eye can see, there are graveyards.
There is the Osamu Cemetery, a soldier who died after being injured in the Boshin War, and there are tombs of celebrities related to Yokohama, such as Kanbee Yoshida of Yoshidashinden and Tomitaro Hara of Sankeien.
This is one of my favorite walking trails. When you go up the cemetery, you can see the streets of Nishi Ward from Hodogaya to Yokohama-sta.-nishiguchi. By the side of Mr. teahouse, you can see the Oyama, the Tanzawa Mountains, and the beautiful Mount Fuji. There are buildings built in the town and I can no longer see them, so when I want to see Mount Fuji, I decide to come here on a sunny day.
