It's new! Nishi Ward Tekuteku Sketch: The 67th Ganjoji Temple

If you follow the streets of Nishimae Chuo Shopping Association, you will find a monument to the entrance to the Hiki guardian of children and travelers approach, and as soon as you turn, you will find Ganjoji Temple in Shingon sect.
It is said that the mountain was opened in 1538 (Tenbun 7) during the Warring States period, and the cemetery is the grave of Ryozo Hiranuma, former mayor of Yokohama and the father of Japanese citizen sports. At the end of the Tokugawa period, there are Kiyoharu Shimizu, the tombs of Ichima Mamiya, and the tombs of Tobi Kogame, who were killed and executed at Tobe Prison. Many other old tombstones line up, giving you a sense of history in Nishi Ward.
Right in front of the gate, there are three enshrines: Jizo-son at the temple, Enmei guardian of children and travelers, which was left at Fujidana 1-chome, and Jizo-son, a child-rearing ground located in Iwakame Yokocho.
On April 14th, 24th and 24th of the summer, fair opened on the streets of Fujidana Ichibangai and Nishimae Chuo Shopping Association, where stalls such as cotton candy, goldfish scooping and yakisoba are lined up. A large number of unbelievable children gather and become very lively.
