It's new! Nishi Ward Tekuteku Sketch: 62nd YOKOHAMA AIR CABIN®

YOKOHAMA AIR CABIN®, which runs from JR NEGISHI LINE Sakuragi-cho Sta. to Canal Park near the border between Nishi Ward and Naka Ward, runs over a canal beside Kisha-Michi Promenade. Opened in April 2021 (Reiwa 3), a distance of 635 meters, about 5 minutes one way, popular with families and couples.
I sketch the direction of Yokohama City Hall from the entrance of Kisha-Michi Promenade in Nishi Ward. I remember the gondola of the Yokohama Exposition held in Minato Mirai 21 district in 1989 (Heisei 1) to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the municipal organization and the 130th anniversary of the opening of Yokohama Port.
It ran from the east exit of Yokohama Station through the canal to the gondola gate of the exposition. Around the gondola gate, there were the fun Yokohama Museum, the Space Museum, the popular Earth Experience Center where you can simulate the South Pole, and the Cosmo World Children's Republic of amusement parks such as roller coasters popular among children.
I remember that I was excited at the exposition venue seen from the gondola in the air.
